  1. How Do I Earn Points?
  2. There's a variety of ways to earn. Don't forget to log in before every purchase and product review!

    • Joining:
      • 100 points when you sign up for ShoeFan Rewards - membership is free! (Only individuals - one account per person - aged 18 years or older with a valid email address)
    • Orders:
      • 1 point per $1 spent (excluding taxes, shipping & gift certificates) when you're logged in.
    • Referrals:
      • 200 points each, by sharing the "Refer A Friend" link and having each eligible friend make their first shoes.com or shoebuy.com purchase without cancelling or returning it.
    • Link Your Social Accounts:
      • 20 points each for linking your account to our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
    • Reviews:
      • 10 point per unique review written for products purchased at shoes.com (up to twice per month) when you're logged in.
  3. Are There Restrictions for Referrals?
  4. To qualify, referrals must be new shoes.com/shoebuy.com customers - excluding yourself with another email address and anyone who lives in the same household as you - who use the "Refer A Friend" link you share with them to make their first-ever shoes.com/shoebuy.com purchase without cancelling or returning for a refund.

  5. Is There a Limit to How Many Points I Can Earn?
    • Joining:
      • 100 welcome points - only one (1) membership per person.
    • Orders:
      • No limit - the more you buy, the more you'll earn!
    • Referrals:
      • 200 points per eligible referral's first purchase.
    • Link Your Social Accounts:
      • 20 points for eligible linking - only one (1) Facebook and Twitter account per person.
    • Reviews:
      • 10 point per eligible post - maximum twice (2 posts) per month.
  6. Can I Earn Points on Gift Certificate Orders?
  7. No, but you can earn points on all other products - about a million items from a vast selection of sought-after brands (also excluding shipping and taxes).

  8. Do Points Expire?
  9. Your membership has no expiration date, but your points do. Points will expire six (6) months after the date they are earned unless otherwise specified, so don't let them go to waste!

  10. How Many Points Do I Have?
  11. To view your balance and rewards history, log in to our site and click on the "Activity" tab. That will show you how many points you earned for each action - just remember that all points expire six (6) months after the date they're earned.

  12. When Will Newly Earned Points Show in My Account?
  13. Whenever you take an action to earn points, we'll need some time to check for eligibility and update your account. How long it takes for your balance to update depends on the earning method:

    • Joining: immediately.
    • Orders: 30 days after your purchase.
    • Referrals: 30 days after referral's purchase.
    • Link Your Social Accounts: 5 - 10 days after connecting with us.
    • Reviews: 5 - 10 days after submitting.

  14. What happens to my ShoeFan Rewards points if I return or exchange an item?
  15. Returns and Cancelations
    If you redeemed ShoeFan Reward dollars on an order but later decided to return, your ShoeFan Rewards dollars (pro-rated per item) will be credited back to your account after we receive your returned item.

    Any ShoeFan Rewards points earned from a returned or canceled order will be nullified and your ShoeFan Rewards account will be deducted accordingly. If you already redeemed your ShoeFan Rewards dollars from a returned or canceled order, your account will show a negative point balance.

    Exchanges
    If you redeemed ShoeFan Reward dollars on an order that just needs to be exchanged for a different size, then your Reward will be auto-applied towards your new order. For all other exchanges, your ShoeFan Reward dollars will be returned to your account after we receive your returned item.

    Any ShoeFan Rewards points earned from an exchanged order will be adjusted to reflect the amount earned from the exchange order and your ShoeFan Rewards account will be deducted accordingly. If you already redeemed your ShoeFan Rewards dollars and make a lower-price exchange, your account will show a negative point balance.

  16. How Do I Redeem Points?
  17. Every time you earn 200 points, a $10 reward will automatically post to your account. Easy as pie, right? So whenever you're ready to save on any new order, here's how to redeem your reward(s):

    • Log in
    • Add any item(s) to your cart. (*Unfortunately, gift certificates are excluded at this time)
    • In your shopping cart or on the checkout page, select the "Apply Rewards Points" drop-down option.
    • Choose the quantity - you can redeem points in 200 increments ($10 per 200 points).
      • Example: if you have 700 points, you can redeem 200, 400, or 600 points for $10, $20, or $30 off, respectively.
    • You'll see the reward savings reflected in the total before you click to complete your order.
      • Reminder - points cannot be applied towards taxes, shipping, or gift certificate purchases.
  18. Can I Give My Points to a Friend or Family Member?
  19. At this time, giving away points to friends or family members isn't available. However, if they sign up for rewards, they'll earn 100 welcome points - that's halfway to a $10 reward!

  20. Can I Redeem Points Toward a Gift Certificate?
  21. No, but you can earn points on all other products - about a million items from a vast selection of sought-after brands (also excluding shipping and taxes).
